Quick troubleshooting

Three checks solve most first-run issues.

01

Email did not arrive

Check spam first. If WordPress mail is unreliable, configure a transactional email or SMTP plugin and repeat the manual test.

02

Scheduled request is waiting

Scheduled delivery uses WordPress cron. Confirm cron is running and allow for its hourly queue interval.

03

Destination does not open

Paste the direct review URL into a private browser window. Correct the saved URL if it redirects to a login or general profile page.

Setup complete

Start with one workflow, learn from it, then expand.
